Joe II wakes up asking for popsicles–his favorite thing–so I thought, why not? Here’s my tutorial for making yummy and nutritious frozen treats to feed your family for breakfast. There’s no need to add extra sugar–adding vanilla tricks the palate into thinking the treat is very sweet.
1 Large Banana
1/2 Cup Half and Half
1 Tsp Vanilla
Blender or blending wand
Directions: Blend banana, cream, and vanilla until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight. Serve to delighted toddlers the following morning!
